About the Role
Were seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative school district team in Montgomery, AL. This full-time, on-site position serves a diverse population of students across elementary and secondary levels, supporting communication, articulation, and language development to help students reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals.

Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and evaluations.

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success.

Participate in IEP meetings and team-based planning.

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state standards.
Qualifications

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.

Active Alabama SLP License through the Alabama Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (ABESPA) or eligibility to obtain prior to start.

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFs welcome to apply.

Previous school-based experience preferred but not required.
